All DomainWarehouse hosting is provided on UK based servers located in Manchester at Telecity. For the technically minded, all servers are LINUX based and run Red Hat with the Apache web server.

We offer several different packages as shown below, all for one inclusive annual fee. Bolt on extras are also available should you require them. All packages come with the following:-

Hosting extras

As standard, our hosting packages come with several features that many other companies charge for. We do however have some advanced features, that can be added to any of our packages for a small additional fee.

FrontPage Server Extensions
If you have created your website in Microsoft FrontPage, you will need the server extensions to publish your website correctly.

MySQL Database 
MySQL is the world's most popular Open Source Database, designed for speed and power. MySQL databases can be added to any hosting package.

POP3 Email
A POP3 mailbox [Post Office Protocol v3] allows all email to be delivered to a secure mailbox on our server. It also allows use of our Webmail system. 
 
SMTP Email Delivery 
SMTP [Simple Mail Transfer Protocol] Email delivery enables emails to be delivered directly to your mail server or PC. To use this service you need a permanent connection to the internet and a fixed (static) IP address.
N.B We do not currently offer ETRN (Store & Forward) mail delivery

Unique IP Address 
It is possible to assign your webspace a unique IP [Internet Protocol] address. This would mean that visitors could visit your site from the domain name or IP address.

Data Transfer 
All our hosting packages come with a generous data transfer allowance, but if you should exceed this extra data transfer is priced per megabyte (Mb). This only apples to very popular websites that receive 1000's of visitors per day.

Internet Consultancy 
We are able to offer internet consultancy by one of our trained engineers. Services offered include site updates, script installations, script troubleshooting and general advice. This is charged at £20 per hour, for further details please email sales.

If you have a domain name registered elsewhere, you can transfer it to us for free to take advantage of our hosting packages.

DomainWarehouse Virtual Server

Our Virtual Server Plus is a professional package for web designers, developers and resellers who need to host multiple domain names, web sites, FTP logins and email addresses. The package includes a dedicated Apache webserver, Sendmail, and the ability to create unique User ID's with full access to the Apache configuration files.
